You are about to enter an agreement to purchase the services of a Photoshoot session at your location, or at an agreed location, an will receive digital files and one poster size PhotoPrint of one of the photos. The agreement will become in effect once the date, place and time is settle and 50% of the value is received in Hugo's PayPal account and the reminder of the value will become due and needs to be deposited before the photoshoot starts.

The digital files will be retouched and abailable for the customer to download in a week and the print will be sent in two to three weeks after the final portrait for print is chosen. Since this is a service agreement/commission work, the final piece will have to be approved before it is sent to print, during the photoshoot the commissioner has the right to change clothing 3 to 5 times depending on the package.
IMPORTANT NOTE:There is no return of the first 50% once Traveling arrangements have been made, and if there is a cancelation before that, a fee for returning the money and fee of time invested, that will not exeed 15% of the value to be returned, will be deducted from the value paid .
