Hugo is a fine artist and designer from Dominican Republic, with Technical degree from Altos de Chavon/Parson School of Design, Bachelor in Art Studio from USF and Master's degree from Pratt Intitute in the USA. He has been traveling slowly around the world, living in USA, Egypt, Oman and Mexico while teaching art and design. Traveling to India, Malaysia, Trukey, Czech Republic and Japan. Now he is offering his artwork in a way that can be enjoyed by anyone.
