You are about to enter an agreement to purchase an original digtial portrait painting based on your favorite photograph and it will be printed on Canvas with signature and year on the front and back with addition of copyright notice. This original piece of art will be considered commissioned when 50% of the value is received in Hugo's PayPal account and will be shipped under 6 weeks later after Hugo receiving the remaining 50% of the value to his PayPal account.

Any variations with the digital version will be due to printing issues with the ink, even though the artist retains the copyright for publication, catalogs, website and books, this portrait will never be printed for commercial use. Since this is a commission work, the piece will have to be approved before it is sent out to print, the commissioner has the right to suggest one change over the video conference, but nothing that is removed from the original photograph.
NOTE: Larger size could be negotiated if the commissioner is interested.
IMPORTANT NOTE:There is no return of the first 50% once the work is on production.
